Hi all! Sorry for those of you who aren't feeling well.
Yesterday we had nice weather for a good portion of the day, so we went out for a walk - about 3 miles. tried to use T-Tapp technique for a good portion of it. Did OIP/HF/E twice yesterday.
very tired today, I have not been sleeping very well - don't know why though.

Last week I did Total Workout on Monday and Friday and Basic Tempo on Wednesday along with HDs and OIP/HFs daily. I brushed most days. I actually gained a pound but my inches were about the same. Some areas went up a little, some went down a little. I'm wondering if I overdid it with my Total workout bootcamp. I may need to go back to BWO+ for a while.

Margie--listen to your body and only add in what you feel you "can" do. Don't feel that you have to do it all just as Michelle has laid out. I'm certainly unable to do it all. But I was certainly glad for the challenge this week of doing PBS 2x a day. I was sore from moving boxes, bending and going through boxes and doing just the 1st part of the MORE PBS made a big difference and I slept really well last night!

I've taken pictures of the "before" in both basements and we are working our way to "after"!!
Jennifer, I am listening to your request, I am feeling better.

Did you do the PBS and the Box before or after you move the boxes? I think those will be good for you.

Did not exercise yesterday afterall, but will try to do some workout today (Tues) then Thurs and Sat. At least getting back my habit former committment, if not Michelle's. Michelle's are a bit much for me, I never thought I will ever say that.

I am feeling a bit better today, no more fever anyway. Taking my OoO, GFSE, and drinking lots of water. Coughing more, but I dont think it is going into bronchitis or sinus infection. Thats why I am taking the GFSE...to keep infection away. I will be really ready to start exercising again! Glad you are feeling better Aurora, just dont try to do too much. That might be what set me back...my cleaning/purging of my closet on Sunday. Beautiful day here today, so I might go sit outside and get some fresh air.

I'm glad my friends are on the mend! Sounds like there are some pretty rough viruses lurking out there! Beat those things up and send them on their way!

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

Jennifer, I think -- theoretically and physically -- I could probably do everything Michelle has laid out (well, except for the HTF... need to do more OIP/HF/E before I'm capable of that!); the challenge for me is how to rearrange my life to squeeze it all in. I'm fond of saying "we all have the same 24 hours in a day," but we DON'T all have the same family obligations, work/carpool schedules, home layout, or habits! So maybe I'm lacking in that #8 thing, commitment! Ha-ha!

I did SATI this morning (but no PBS, OIP, Hoe-Downs, etc.); yesterday was Tempo Torso through Hoe-Downs (would have finished it but ran out of time). Baby steps.

    Hi all.

Weighed and Measured today. Wt stayed same which is good since I'm feeling better and eating.

    Lost 1.625"

So i was kinda bummed. I havent lost much off my waist 3/8" in 3 weeks or so it seems but the dress I'm using as a size judge... Its zipping more so it must be getting better. I did really realize how SPRUNG my ribs were from my son. I distinctly remember the OB practically jumping on my ribs trying to push him down during my C-S.

I'm going to be patient but I am not sure that my ribs will ever recover from his constant pushing.

On the flip side I'm down 8.75" in 3 weeks so I'm shutting up...

I do need to start on my Couch to 5k workout so at the very least I can speed walk my 5k in March. I will be doing that EOD with T-Tapp.
Today is day 1 I am going to do PBS, OIP/HF/E before I go and I hope to get in one HD and brushing before end of the day. We shall see.

I'm debating the jan jump start. Couldnt hurt to try. Would give me some accountability and soemthing to work for. PLUS I have a formal March 4 that it would be o so nice if i didnt have a thing to wear cuz theyre too big... I have a less formal one on Feb 17 that I've decided I need one of those cute patent leather wide belts to wear with the dress to make it WORK Its a really cute trapeze dress but I'm hoping that I have less to hide by then.

    You GO, Victoria! Yay!

Liz, if your dress is zipping easier, then even though the measurements aren't showing it, things are reshaping! I've had that happen many times! I remember once I lost like 3 3/4 inches over a month and dropped a size!!! Made NO sense, especially since the year before, I lost close to 40 inches and didn't drop a size at all!

Make sure on any twisting moves you exhale on the twist, bringing those ribs together. When you inhale, inhale big. Then when you exhale, exhale all the way and more--longer than the inhale--pulling ribs together. You might be surprised!

And yes, you're right--joining January Jumpstart can't hurt a thing!

    HUGS!
