May I just say that I did HTF (Softer) and it totally rocked. It completely challenged me. I guess I need to do more floor work! I am going to do HTF for each workout this week and try to really concentrate on form as there are some new moves in here (at least new to me.)

I've finally started taking the BBB alfalfa. I am eating well (with the exception of some out of this world walnut bread tonight) and drinking well. My biggest challenge seems to be getting consistant with my workouts. I am planning on doing HTF on M (done,) T,W,F, and possibly Saturday.

Karen - Welcome back. To the rest of you, I hope that all is going well!

    Blessings,
    Wendy

I was going to do HTF this morning but wasn't sure how long it was. I was a bit pressed for time. Can someone clue me in on the HTF DVD? There are two workouts listed on the menu, but neither of them is called HTFS. How long is each one?

HTFS is about 40 minutes, Peggy, and HTF about 30. If you've never done it before, you might want to start with HTFS. If you do HTF instead, just be prepared to not do all the reps. It moves along pretty well!

I'm not doing anything but sipping water with grapefruit oil in it. I've had 1/2 c applesauce, 1 small piece of toast and am contemplating a part of a banana now. NOT a fun time!

Trisch, I'm glad you're doing a tad better tonight. Being sick is no fun, but being sick in a way that makes you not able to eat, now that's really a bad deal! But if I was still able to eat chocolate, then I could survive.

Thanks for the information on the HTF DVD. I actually realized that it would be listed on the store description, but I still wasn't sure which one was considered HTFS. I would have guessed that it would be the shorter one, but I would have been wrong! I have watched the DVD twice, but I don't remember if I've ever actually done the workout. I thought about doing it tonight, but I've changed my mind. Tomorrow will be better.

Yea on the BREA diet, make sure as little fiber as possible. Alternatively, a good green smoothie will work well for the upset stomach. You are not going to attempt a Bloody Mary Soup? You can do tomatoes, cayenne, celery and see if that helps.

I think I really am temporarily adrenal fatique. 3pm, I was going to take the kids to the park and go to Costco, this overwhelming feeling that I had to lie down. Lie down I did for an hour nap. I am never this tired outside of duirng pregnancy and postpartum. I don't want to blow off another day for exercise, I guess HTFS is in order.

    Cayenne rocks!

Trisch, that ACV receipe (subtract cayenne) is supposed to work for stomach problem too.

I'll keep that in mind for tomorrow, Aurora! Just had a bit of banana and may have a little more before going to bed. I slept so much today that I'm not as tired now!

I am hoping I'm over the worst of it--seems to be. DH's lasted right about 24 hours and he felt like a new man the next day. Not sure if I have to wait until tomorrow night to feel like a "new woman" or not!

I hope you are feeling much better today, Trisch! Take it slow!

    Aurora---PLEASE feel better!!

Margie--listen to your body and only add in what you feel you "can" do. Don't feel that you have to do it all just as Michelle has laid out. I'm certainly unable to do it all. But I was certainly glad for the challenge this week of doing PBS 2x a day. I was sore from moving boxes, bending and going through boxes and doing just the 1st part of the MORE PBS made a big difference and I slept really well last night!

I've taken pictures of the "before" in both basements and we are working our way to "after"!!
