Okay---I grabbed this from last weeks thread so Trisch does NOT miss this!!! AHEM???????? Picture my sternest expression, my hand on one hip....EXCUSE ME????? The plan was that you were to take yesterday COMPLETELY off of those quizzes!!!!!! Do I need to come out there and you one?????

Got that out of my system.

I'm going to try and stay consistent with getting in my water, some T-Tapp every day, brushing every day, and eating better (no snacks....or hardly any).

Also, staying on track with keeping the kids and I and the house flowing smoothly.

Add to that---our oldest dd, d-sil and grandbaby are going to be moving in with us indefinitely. His book is coming out in Feb and the 2nd book in July and he needs to be able to focus on promoting that. He'll continue to work one of his jobs. And he also wants some place for wife and baby to stay if he has to travel.

That means---in 2 weeks time we need to empty out two basements (consolidate any "junk" we are keeping into one) and fix up one as an apartment for the young family.

You won't be seeing much of me!!

LOL Jennifer! Dh was giving me a "hard time" too! But I told him it was bugging me, and would keep me from sleeping!

The neat thing is I found where my book DID give some alternatives, and found several of the other questions like that were wrong! So I corrected the mistakes, answered those two and promptly GOT OFF! LOL! No case studies, no essays, nada!

Last week I did get 3 workouts in--dh getting sick and then just some shifting around of my schedule kept me from getting the 4th one. That and I spent 7 hours at the computer Saturday on a roll with my ISSA studies! Which is why I was supposed to take yesterday completely off!

This morning my tummy wasn't too happy, so I am praying I do not come down with what dh had! It's a wake-up call to quit staying up so late, though! I really didn't want to do it that way, but trying to work on here Saturday with all the hub-bub of a busy household showed me WHY I was staying up late to study!

I think if it gets too crazy I'll just go out to dh's office and lock the door!

    My goals this week:

~TWO, HTF, last 10 minutes of HTF twice, BWO+ (if I start feeling better and not worse!)
    ~Brush daily
~focus on getting more veggies in (produce co-op came--yay!)
    ~GET MY ISSA STUDIES DONE!!!!

I mentioned on the other thread that my T-Tapp anniversary is the 26th, and it would be sweet to complete my ISSA test by then!

All prayers, thoughts and good vibes appreciated!

    Trisch.
Keep it up! You are doing great. On ALL fronts.

Today is my second rest day. I did a salt soak last night and may do another today.
Tomorrow I start training for my 5k and dowing BWO+ and half of instr. 2 on the other days. I need to get throguh the instructional this week and read through all of the book descriptions before I go to t-Tapp class next sunday. I want to have a clue before I get there!

I'm trying to focus more on my eating, for breakfast and lunch, dinners are with the family i've been using WW points plan from e-mealz for my dinners. It just makes life easier.

I look forward to measuring tomorrow.

Yippeee, skippeee! I just did Tempo Arms! That's probably the most aerobic thing I've done since having pneumonia, so I feel very pleased today! I do notice that I still cough a bit when I do much aerobic work, but I can't decide whether it's just that I'm paranoid now or what. I feel fine, so I'm going to assume paranoia.

Trisch, that sounds busybusybusy. Take care of yourself!

Ugh...I am sick again. Or the cold I had morphed into a sore throat and fever. Problem is, this is exactly what happened to my DD when she came down with Mono. I CANT get that! I REFUSE to get that! AYJ67, Is this what happended to you? I know there is a virus going around that changes into other things. So discouraging because I worked out great on Sat. and then yesterday afternoon I had so much energy I cleaned/purged my bedroom closet...well, mostly just my end of it. I straightened DH's and sorted his socks. He has to go through his own clothes. I had DH get me more OoO today and some OJ. I had a piece of raisin toast but nothing sounds good...only the stuff on Food Network I am watching today sounds good! lol So, no working out again till I get better. I have never taken this much time off from TTapp since I started back in July of 2007!

Have a great day everyone! And stay well.

I skipped exercise again yesterday, except using T-Tapp technique when I go grocery shopping, use flat back KLT knees out when I bend to look at some labels on the shelf, did bbj palms up tighten lats when I stand a good 5 mins waiting for check out.

I finally figure out why the replapse on bronchitis and also the new sinus infections. Hot and Sour. From my previous sickness, I find my body reacted well with hot and sour soup. I had DH bought a big container on Tuesday along with other Chinese food take out (so I don't cook). I ate soup for dinner on Tuesday, breakfast for Wed and Thur. Ran out on Friday (that is when relapse started).

Yesterday, I went to research on cayenne again, so there is a strong recommendation on both cayenne and apple cider vinegar, so bingo, I need those to thin out the muscus and reduce the inflammation. So, last night I dose myself twice on 8 oz of water, 3 tablespoon of ACV, half teaspoon of cayenne, 2 teaspoon of honey.

Not going to give you the details, but I think the dosing should be done in the morning and afternoon instead of close to bed time, still much improvement. I think I will do full workout today (not sure why I am so tired and muscle ache, cannot be the muscle activation at Trader Joe's?)

Hi Ronda, hooray for be able to do Tempo Arms. Maybe you want to look up ACV and Cayenne to thin out and move out mucus.

Nancy, I had 3-5 days of horrible sore throat, dry nostrils, dry lips. Then, when I thought things gets better, I have fever and then bronchitis, I ended with up a horrible sinus infections that causes pain with all 8 chambers of sinous cavities. Then I realized that I had sinus headache all my life, but never a sinus infections. I definitely never had the postnasal dripping experience.

Now, my recommendation is keep up with OoO, it relieves pain, reduce inflammation (I think that is the major part of the complication to bronchitis and sinus headache). If you are not swelling, things are draining well (mucus moving along), you are less likely to get the infections (pnumonia and sinus infection). My recommendation on cayenne and vinegar will also be a tremedous help. If you cannot take much heat, you can try 1/8 of teaspoon first. If you really cannot take mild hot, do the vinegar and honey and ask your DH to find cayenne capsules in health food stores. I am blessed to enjoy hot spicy food, so the 1/2 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon dosage dose not bother me much.

Now, I am going to drink some of those hot and sour concoction.

Mono is Mono, flu is flu, even they all start with the same viral infection response your body have. Up your OoO intake either way, don't rationalize on how much you are taking. If you don't fell relief, you need more. I open and finish 1 oz 67% full strength last 2 weeks. Just open the full strength from Mountainrose on Sat, it was so strong that I really need to dilute it with EVOO. OoO killed the sinus infections yesterday, took often and enough for that to happen, and it will happen. Now, I am just fixing my bronchitis issue, still am keeping up with OoO.
