    Default Flex Effect Facialbuilding

As a result of another thread that I started a while back (Non-surgical help for droopy eyelids) several of us here on the forums have started using (or are planning to start ) the Flex Effect Facialbuilding program. This thread will be a place to ask questions, get support, seek accountability if needed, and discuss the program... or the topic of facial exercises in general. I, for one, need the accountability to get this started and make it a habit!

    Great Idea, Peggy!

I am loving this! Even when I've had a rough night (didn't sleep well last night) and get up, the lines are less severe from tiredness and when I rubbed my eyes this morning, they were FIRM!

    I love this work out!

Pamela, keep feeding me these wonderful results of your exercises... it encourages me to get it going for myself! I do need to figure out the best way to take pictures. I thought of taking them in front of my computer using the built-in camera, but the lighting isn't very good and I'm not sure it's the best way. Maybe it's this little detail (the photo) that's keeping me from getting started! Sometimes that's all it takes to stall me.

I took mine with my cell phone and I make women in prison look good. I'd ask my husband, but he thinks it's funny to get the most unflattering shots so his would be worse, probably.

Oh, Pamela... you had me laughing out loud! Sounds like something my husband would have done. Well, if your "before" picture is bad, it will be easy to make the "after" look good!

I want to figure out the best way so that when I take "progress" pictures (optimistically thinking there will be such a thing) that it will be pretty much the same place, lighting, etc. so the comparison will be more accurate. I'm going to try it on the computer and see what I come up with. (I could turn on the "effects" that distort the image like the mirrors in an amusement park fun house! That would be interesting.)

ha--I bought it back in December and haven't had the time to even open the box. Now that I know I have to take a picture I'm even more motivated to let it gather dust in the closet, lol.

Suse, I hear ya! Pictures are optional, of course, but you're encouraged to take some so that you can see the improvements. Sometimes they are subtle, so a photo helps you see that you are indeed getting somewhere. Same thing they say about taking pictures for T-Tapp, which I haven't done much of, either... but at least with this it's just a face shot. I think I can manage that.

I'd think having firm, tight skin despite sleepless night(s) would make you eager to try! It's one of my goals and to feel this effect so much is so encouraging to me. Now I do the routine while sitting on the couch watching TV in the evenings. I find it very relaxing, actually, and think I've been holding a lot of tension in my head.

Whether you take a picture is up to you. My energy profile is showing with me jumping right in and going hard and fast. ;-)

I'd like to be able to do the workout while watching TV, too. It's the "learning" part that is slowing me down! This is so typically me, though. I want to just be able to do it, not have to take the time to learn it first. Impatient, that's me. It's amazing I've stuck with T-Tapp for six months now without any visible progress. But I believe in it, so I stick with it.

I probably need to ask my DH to take pictures one of these weekend. One for the whole body, in case I can do Jump Start, Two to document my face for starting flex effect. I promise I will remove the shrink wrap by the end of the month.

Ordered More and TWO on 7/7/2010, Started tapping on 7/30/2010.
