    Default NEW Barefoot BWO DVD

Can I just say... if you are on the fence about ordering this (and it's still on special until January 15) ORDER IT!!!!!!

Since I'm doing the January Challenge, I've been focusing on instructionals all week, but decided to bring it to work with me to watch while opening envelopes. (MINDLESS activity! LOL)

I have learned so much in just the first 10 minutes!!! Recently we were discussing whether your lats are activated during the dive portion of PBS. She does a really interesting version! (with BOTH hunched and activated!)

Just the beginning discussion of the proper foot/ankle placement is worth the price of admission!

Oh, and the warmup stretches dvd included in the special... warm-up????? Only if you are talking GLOBAL WARMING! Wow that was a workout and a half! I could never do the whole warm-up stretches dvd before simply because I don't have that kind of time. But this is "only" 26 minutes for the standing and/or 33 minutes for the floor. (If you are a glutton you can do the entire 59 minutes...) Even Teresa admits she often just does the floor portion. The standing is to GET your body into alignment. By getting down on the floor you are already in alignment... But if you think it's any easier... HA!

And, of course, she tossed in some PG, basically for free. You're gonna be glad she did!

    Default Great info

Thanks for the review, I was wondering about that workout and I love to change up my routine. Do you know if it is considered an intermediate workout or can a beginner still do it. In February will be a year that Ive been doing T-Tapp. But, I consider myself a newbie/beginner because I have yet to see a trainer and am constantly working on my form. What's your opinion on where this workout lies? Thanks Diane

She definitely takes it up a notch, but like all (except the master clinics) it's as easy or as hard as you make it. If you have been doing BWO+ for a year already, I'll bet you are ready for it. Even if you continue to do the workout in shoes but just incorporate the fabulous tips and tweaks I think you would really enjoy it.

The dvd ends with "the" Hoedown Showdown where they went to 55! I'm exhausted just WATCHING it! (And continuously amazed at the energy and enthusiasm Teresa has! Not to mention the energizer bunnies who were still going strong when they had to quit because of time!)

I wish I would have ordered it instead of the regular bwo+ but, am going to do the virtual training w/Charlotte and couldn't afford both.

Nah, you are good to start with the BWO+. This is the "next level". It'll still be there when you are ready for it..... (don't you love to have something to look forward to?)

Yeah, but so far I've spent less money on DVDs than I would have spent on a gym membership and I've gotten more value out of them since I can use them every day at any time of the day. However I think I need to stop buying DVDs now and just concentrate on using the ones I've got .
