    Today...
    1. no workout. I was going to, but couldn't do it early, then the rest of the day just got away from me. A day off won't hurt me, though. I did PBS and some HDs and will do OIP/HF before I call it quits tonight.
    2. Water good.
    3. Rest good.
    4. No real stress.
    5. Some people see the glass as half empty, some see it as half full... but my glass is overflowing (with blessings)!
    6. Eating was good.
    7. Brushed twice.
    8. Eight days down and 23 to go!

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

    1) My workout today was shoveling snow - LOTS of it! - and chasing one of my dogs who decided to take advantage of the snow to go visiting all the neighboring farm animals (neither of these were listed in my planner as workouts for today, but I'm counting them anyway!)
    2) Drank LOTS of water
    3) Slept late this morning - maybe because of the snow. I'm always more tired when the humidity is high. I don't really like sleeping late, but I guess I must have needed it.
    4) All that fresh air must be a stress reducer
    5) I can be counted on to fight for what is fair - especially for the "underdog" in any situation
    6) Eating is good
    7) Brushing before bed
    8) And here we go on week 2!

Discipline is remembering what you want.

    1. Tonight, I did AL, DD, and HD rather than a full workout. I need to get back on schedule--tomorrow, for sure.
    2. Did well today with water. Was a little short yesterday. I did some measuring this morning, and the cup that I usually use is actually 16 oz although I previously thought it was only 12 oz. So I've been getting more water than I previously thought (but also more milk and juice for keeping track of portions).
    3. Doing well with rest.
    4. Limited stress and met with an old friend from out of town for lunch--we hadn't seen each other in 11 years!
    5. I appreciate the people close to me.
    6. Plenty of veggies.
    7. Did brushing; it felt good today--usually it just seems like a chore.
    8. Did OIP and a few HF and E.

Post 335!!! WOW That's a whole lot of commitment to being FIT!!!

I'm a full yes for the week.

I'm Tapping, brushing, drinking, de-stressing and appreciating myself a little more!
I've had a wickEd time in the kitchen and thankfully everything turned out well. I've taken the time to study, so time for me. Just gotta keep this going next week when I'm back at work and things go back to routine!!

Day 9, time flies so fast!
    1. Instr 2 - I can't describe how satisfied I feel when I see my progress with it. I am almost reaching the point to be able to do most of moves. I mean to lift arms and legs in the direction Teresa does Ok, I do my best but it will take a while.
    2. Plenty of water
    3. Slept restfully.
    4. The sun is shining and that is enough to reduce the stress for me.
    5. I am a good friend
    6. Food is not prefect but I continue improving it.
    7. Brushing will be done in a minute
    8. OIP/HF to follow.

Listen to your life. See it for the fathomless mystery it is. In the boredom and pain of it, no less than in the excitement and gladness: touch, taste, smell your way to the holy and hidden heart of it, because in the last analysis all moments are key moments, and life itself is grace. ~ Frederich Buechner
