    Abbie,
You have been removed as of June 14 for 4 weeks of inactivity, but if you email me I can put you back on the roster. Any time you need to check to see if you are still on the roster, you can check this thread http://forum.t-tapp.com/showthread.p...Formers-Roster. I usually remember to update it on Thursdays after I tally the points for the week.

    Thanks!

I'm confused about the reporting--and I am so sorry to bug you again! I understand about the regular workouts, but I have two additional questions:

    1. Do you post as you go--like today's workout today then tomorrow's tomorrow? If so, if I start a post on Monday about Monday's workout, how do I add to it for Tuesday or Wednesday? Or should we wait until the very end of that reporting period to report all of our days?

    2. Do we only post "countable" workouts--what if we do, say, six moves, can we list those just to keep accountable?

Thanks again! I appreciate your help with this....I love the accountability thread here.

    Donna,

I sent you a private message, but to answer your questions here so others can benefit:
    1. You post however it works best for you. If you like to log in and edit (in the lower left corner of your post it shows "edit post", "reply", and "reply with quote" ) your post daily so you can see your progress daily, then do that. If you prefer to log it once after the week is over, then just keep track of your workouts offline and post one time after the week is over. I just ask that no one pre-posts workouts because sometimes life happens and we don't get to do what we planned and it isn't fair to get credit for workouts you planned to do but didn't actually accomplish.

    2. You can list what you like. Everyone does it differently. Some people only list countable workouts, some list everything they do throughout the week including non-T-Tapp workouts (like yoga or Zumba). If you are breaking TWO up into multiple sessions, it is helpful for me to see where you break it so I can make sure you aren't just skipping moves you don't like to do (yep, we all try to do that at times) LOL

As long as you list the track you are on, keep everything together, and show what you did honestly, the rest I can sort through. So please don't stress about this...it's supposed to be helpful and fun.

    I hope that helps.

Thanks, Tamara! I am not stressing too much over reporting! It's mostly just finding things on the forums that stresses me right now! I did want to do it in a way that makes it easiest for you since you are the one wading through all of our posts! Thanks again!

I just re-read the Habit Formers info. Thanks, Tamara! I wouldn't want your job! LOL!

Do I understand that the points are worht $1 each and may be used up to 15% of a total order--so if your order is $100, you may use fifteen points for $15 off?

Also, if using Habit Formers points/dollars, does that mean that another coupon may not be applied, such as a 50% off one item or 30% off total. (I think this must be the case since those are handled at the office whereas Tamara handles the Habit Formers orders.)

    Thanks again!!

Oh, I understand that you will move us into Track 2 when our workouts constitute that, but what if we are partial (i.e. LadyBug standing today but BWO tomorrow)? Also, when it says "when you meet your goal," does that mean the goal of at least three Track 1 or three Track 2 sessions per week? (I didn't write any goals yet.)

Sorry if these are answered elsewhere (and I'm sure they are!)...trying hard to wade through the forums a little each day.

    Sincerely,
    Donna

    Donna,
Yes, the points are worth $1 each and they can be used to get a 15% discount on T-Tapp/Better Body Basic products. I actually take the discount off each item, so it might end up being a little more than 15% your total order.

You are correct that other coupons, discounts, or sales cannot be combined with utilizing Habit Former points because I handle Habit Former points/ordering and the office deals with specials and coupons.

If you are on Track 1 and completing three Track 2 workouts a week for 4 weeks, then it is time to challenge yourself and move up to Track 2. If you are doing one or two Track 2 workouts and any other workouts you complete are Track 1 workouts, then you would not be moved to Track 2.

As a Habit Former member you have technically set a goal (even if you haven't written anything down). You set a goal to accomplish 3 workouts a week on your chosen track. You may not always be able to achieve that goal and maybe you start with 1 workout a week as you work toward consistency, but you are working toward 3 workouts a week so you can earn the point for the week.

I hope that answered all your questions and clears up any confusion you had.

    Have a great weekend!
    Tamara
