WELCOME IN my dear friend !! You learned SO much in our last challenge on yourself on the fact that YOU CAN COMMIT, YOU CAN be CONSISTENT when you keep it simple and realistic. So enjoy the ride now, you'll see the results of what you've learned showing big time...

Ah yes, Clarity...I did LEARN SOOOOO much in our last challenge!!! I am looking forward to my year of reinvention, one month at a time!

Thank you, my dear friend CLARITY

hmm...not sure Titus2mommy, but I would think it would be considerably more than half your body weight in oz because your body is using a lot of fluid to make good milk. I have not nursed a baby in a few years, but I seem to remember the cup the hospital gave me held 100+ oz (I want to say 128, but I would have to double check that) and they told me I needed to drink that every day.

OK, I've tried to read through this whole thread so far. I want to join too! I'll be celebrating my first anniversary of T-Tapp. Don't know exactly what day but it's this month. What a year it's been!

Welcome back Clarity! Good to see you again & many others!

Hope you had a great time visiting your friends Peggy.

OK, now I need to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing for this. Seeing how this thread went from 14 to 4 pages - that ought to make it easier.

    How did it do that?

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

Well, I actually just finally figured it out, I think. I was "lurking" & hadn't signed in because as just happened, if I'm signed in & I go off on a tangent reading some link I get logged out automatically (apparently some time limit) so if I'm not posting I don't bother. A while back I changed my settings to the max on the postings per page but I think it only applies to new threads since I made the change (not actually sure on that-maybe it's only if I'm signed in). So if I'm lurking it's at the default of 10 posts per page, but once I signed in it went to the max of 40 that I set. A lot easier to scan through the posts of 4 pages as opposed to 14!

    Michelle,
Trying to have all my "ducks in a row" here and be prepared for the challenge.
About brushing.... Teresa used to recommend a facial brush from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They seem to have discontinued that item. Is there anywhere else I might be able to purchase one?
    Can't wait to get started,

Oh, I just caught up on the last 4 or 5 pages of this thread and saw the news on the "instructionals!!!!" I can't say how I really feel about them because Michelle said we have to stay positive, so I will just say "oh, goody, goody, goody, I can hardly wait to reap so many wonderful benefits from Teresa's Instructionals and Michelle's demands/I mean encouraging guidelines".......was that positive enough, Michelle? If you only knew...........
