Inner Thigh Pudge?
I don't know if there is such a thing....but I have loose flab on my inner thighs just at the very top of the thighs.
I have noticed my inner knee pudge looking a bit better by making sure I push knees out when tapping.
Anyone know what to do for help upper inner thigh pudge??
This upper thigh rubbing together thing has got to go.

Awesome Legs. I SWEAR by it!!!! Mine isn't GONE yet, but wow, it sure is less! (would be better if I would go back to doing it daily, but now that it is cold in the morning and my entire house is TILE, it's tough to convince myself to get down there.... LOL)

It all about learning to activate the muscles in the area. Try when doing plies, holding the legs position, knees out, out, out, and poke, poke, poke at the inner thigh muscles. Before long you will be able to activate them on *all* moves. That's when you'll start seeing more results. This works on all muscles.

In addition to the wonderful tips above, think to turn out the thighs from the hip ball joint to "push knees out". Especially on plies, even if you're just holding the squat, turning/twisting out from the hip ball joint will really activate those inner thighs! Also, sink your weight into your heels during plies and lunges. That really helps, too!
If you ever get Critter Crunch or Critter Crunch 2, Crab Claws are excellent for those inner thighs! Maybe put it on your Christmas list if you don't have one of them!

thuzzie,
I have that too, but mine has lessened quite a lot since re-starting T-Tapp. I've been doing mostly variations of BWO+ and since that doesn't include AL or CC, it has to be one of the exercises in BWO+ that is working on it, and I think it's Oil Wells. At least, that's the exercise where I feel that area being worked on the most.
Have fallen off T-Tapp wagon several times over the past years, but am back at it again, and loving it more than ever.

Do you have the TWO? Add Balance, Thread the Needle, and Torso Twist to your BWO if you're not doing them already. That inner thigh muscle's natural functional purpose is stabalization and balance not adduction like we think of when trying to work inner thigh. So anything that requires more balance and one legged movements will really strengthen and eventually tone that inner thigh and burn the fat in that area.

Thanks everyone for your great input.
I will try to add some of those moves to my BWO+ and see where it takes me. I will definitely keep you posted.
