Not Able to Post Polls & Troubles with General Posting

When I try to post a thread with a poll, I get the following message,

"vBulletin Message
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/ttapp/public_html/forum/includes/functions_video.php
Line: 1"

It posts only what I put in the body of the post. It will not let me move forward with the poll.

And, for the last couple of days every time I post to a discussion, I get a "you must wait 15 seconds before posting again" message. This happens when I attempt a first post and have just logged in with no prior activity.

I am on a Mac, using Firefox. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Kirsten,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have alerted Jeff so he can fix this "issue". Odd that this suddenly appeared! I'm sure he'll get it fixed ASAP.

Yes I've had those same issues since yesterday I think (though I haven't tried to do a poll). The other thing that keeps happening is it logs me out - I've spent time carefully composing a post & then I lose it because I'm no longer logged in (unbeknownst to me). And the editing feature still isn't working the last time I tried it (yesterday). That ought to keep him busy for awhile. LOL!
