The soup recipe looks delicious, Jean. Thanks! I use bean flour (grind navy beans in a wheat mill) to add to soup. It tastes great, thickens well, and adds the protein without the carbs!! Try it - you'll love it!!

Great idea, Angie. Thanks for the tip!

1st T-Tapp, 10/27/2010; rather than inches, though that will be apparent, I am most interested in a reduction in clothing size, not to mention bra size since the darn things are hard to find a proper fit. !

Angie, typically how much bean flour do you add to "how much" soup?!

    Thanks!

OK, so here's a question for those of you who already use bean flour... does it present the same "challenges" for digestion that beans can cause? Just wondered.

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

Okay made these for the first time today and they will ROCK your world! I made a bowl for myself and had a 9 yo, 6yo, 3yo, and 1 yo, grabbing out of it so I barely got any. That's how good they are! Even kids love them.

    Baked Kale Chips
Adapted from a bunch of inspiring places
1 bunch (about 6 ounces) kale
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 300°F. Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Cut into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt. Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet. You could line with parchment paper. I had a silpat on mine. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool. *note* I just put them in a bowl and ate them.
