    Arrow Hoe Down Challenge - prep for Tappin' Holidays!

    A little late in the day, but I'm callin' it anyway!

    Who's in to fit in fitness in preparation for Tappin' Holidays?

    Set your own daily goal & report in daily, weekly, whenever you choose, but report in!

    My goal is 3 sets a day,preferably after each meal. How about you?

    I really want to develop the habit to do HDs after every meal, so I'm in. I don't always remember, but if I make it a habit, it'll be easier.

    I'm in....I have to get back into the HD habit. I have no idea why I have a hard time doing them at home...when I am at Safety Harbor I can do the Hoe Down challenge just fine. Guess it is being in the room with Teresa...she is so inspiring and energizing!!

    My goal is a set after each meal.

    I'm in too! I started off really well doing HDs after every meal but I've gotten out of the habit. So my aim is also for 3 a day preferably 15 minutes after a meal.

    I will aim for implementing my 3:00 set in, which kind of fell to the wayside after Renew U. So I will commit to doing that in addition to whatever is in my daily workout routine. WHOOHOOO! The countdown begins! It is after 3, but I will run and do a set now so it can count for today! THANK YOU!

    I'll aim for 2 sets a day & if I get 3 in I'll be ahead of the game. It's late so it'll only be one set for today.
