    Wink ipad

Maybe already asked-- Is there a BWO+ you can put on an iPad? This would be perfect to have for those times you have a few minutes free during the work day. Any ttapp apps for iPad?

    Thanks,

    yaker

Can't help you with your question, but I have BWO+ memorized so I don't NEED to watch it in order to do it. Same with some of the other exercises, like chest press, butterflies. I would think you'd be able to do all the Try Before You Buy on the website though. Then of course there's HD's & shoulder rolls.

I believe there is an audio only cd available for either BWO or TWO(can't remember which) to use when you travel, if you're familiar enough with the moves that you can do them through audio prompts only. You may be able to import the audio file into itunes and listen to it on the ipad?

Cookese31, you're right there is an audio CD for TWO. I used that when I visited my son out west but because I was still pretty new to the WO I'd sometimes get lost. It came with one of my first orders I believe. But thanks for that tip.
