Who limits sugar and white flour products?
I KNOW that this is VERY important for optimal health BUT I am a junk food junkie!! Once I am off sugar for a few days I feel 100 times better BUT I will then have it again and I an HOOKED!! It is SO hard to decide okay I am NOT going to have it anymore...I think that I feel like it is ABNORMAL and WEIRD to not have desserts and junk food everyday...or at least 3-5 times a week, but I am more of an everyday kind of junkfood eater. Please tell me it is normal to eat healthy...are any or you health food junkies? I would like to be one-but when I try to be my friends and family make fun of me :-)
