Thread: Torn Rotator Cuff

  1. #1

    Default Torn Rotator Cuff

I am new to T-Tapp. I have a partial torn rotator cuff injury and some of the arm moves hurt. Will T-Tapp help my shoulder. All the info talks about knees and backs, but not about healing shoulders. Also, what am I doing wrong with KLT - my knees hurt when I do it?!? Will that go away? Thanks.

The "experts" will be along to answer your questions... I'm just part of the unofficial "welcoming committee" to welcome you to the forums. Glad you're here and I hope you find your answers and can use T-Tapp to resolve your shoulder issues. This is a great bunch of folks, helpful and encouraging.

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!
