Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

It's interesting to see what little changes were made to each person. I'd like to know WHY some of the changes were made, so that I can better apply whatever principles were used to my own daily life & fashion choices.

For example, sometimes an after pic shows someone in a different top or different pants. Was that a coincidence (like the clothing got smelly or spilled on in between), or specifically done to make the "after" more impressive? Same with hair changes.

I understand the posing is mostly for pictures (it might even be detrimental to be holding that pose, "turtling" your neck, etc. for more than a few minutes at a time) -- and maybe some of this info is even "proprietary." But any info any of the participants (or presenters) are willing to share would be most appreciated!
