Thread: Trouble Holding Bent Knees

    Default Trouble Holding Bent Knees

I'm having trouble getting through BWO, or even MORE, mainly due to the fact that I cannot hold the 'bent knees' position for more than just a few seconds, literally. My leg muscles are extremely weak and I have to keep coming out of this position or fall on my tush! Does anyone have any tips for strengthening my leg muscles to get through the workout?
I seem to be able to get through SATI (having to stop and rest and starting back, over and over) much easier than I can get through MORE or BWO. Should I stop MORE/BWO and just do SATI for a while? Will that strengthen my thighs enough to get through the other workouts? And if I just do SATI, will I lose inches?
    Thanks!

When doing MORE & BWO+ you can kick out as much as you need to to get through the workouts. Make the pause button your friend, you're not in a race & if you can't do all the reps that's OK too. As you continue to do all of the WO's your legs will get stronger & you will be able to hold your "bent knees" longer. As for losing inches using SATI - it's a very good workout so it's very possible but since we're all different it's hard to say how much. So don't give up - you can do this!
