I've got out of town company right now and am not getting in as much T-Tapp as I would like. So, I am trying to make sure I keep proper hip to shoulder alignment and curl the core while we are in the car or sitting around visiting. However, I think I may be tightening my butt muscles too much. Does anyone else really find themselves engaging the glutes while doing this move? Does this indicate that I am doing it wrong? Does anyone have any form tips to offer?
