Hello Everyone!

I just finished what ended up being an 11 day bootcamp (was aiming for 14, but pretty proud I made it 11)A few weeks ago I did a 9 day bootcamp, and then took a few weeks off due to a sprained ankle.

My results are great! With the help of weight watcher's I've lost 10.6 pounds and a total of 15 1/4 inches!!! What's amazing to me is I've lost 2 1/4 inches in my waist, 4 in my abs, and 2 1/2 in my hips.

Since I'm planning on starting EOD I have a few questions. It's easiest for me to workout Sat. and Sun. since dh can take the kids and then do 2 days during the week. Can this be interpreted as EOD even though I'm doing 2 days in a row? I just ordered Tempo and HTF and should get them this week. Can I do HTF as one of my workouts or must I do it after the Beginner or Tempo tape? I guess I want the literal meaning of EOD and which tapes I can use in combination to keep this great success going. I know I've read to do EOD for 4-5 weeks, or do I do it until I've reached my inch-loss goals as long as it takes?

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm so excited about the inch-loss, but more importantly how I feel physically and mentally. I had hit a mental low before I started this program, and my family is happy to have the old me back!
