I've only just heard about this diet yesterday and have some questions. On the GM days, if you have a salad, what, if anything can you put on it? Can you use seasonings on your meat and veg. such as salt, soy sauce, other spices? Has this diet been very successful for any of you? It seems like a good idea but I'm not sure how easy it would be to live on raw veg. and meat 2/3 of the time. Also, is any dairy allowed? Thanks for your help!!
