    Default Reboot(camp) and overwhelmed

Hey all. I don't know if you remember me. We got DH's issue straightened out (gallbladder gone and he's better than he's been in 10 years) and I switched jobs. Now my schedule is all wonky and things have fallen apart. I feel like I'm a balloon, but after measuring last night it looks like I've only gained a couple of inches. Must be the diet Coke I started drinking again..

Anyhow, in an effort to start back in on my T-Tapping and CRT, I've been reading around on the forums. How do you ladies do all of it? I mean ALLLL of it? The God made blender drinks, the salt masks, the extra knuclke massage the more than one work out? My head is spinning!

I really REALLY want to make this work. I am going to do the MORE instructional today and drink a ton of water. I bought some of Teresa's alfalfa and have been taking that and have brushed a few days this week - trying to work it up to seven. I plan on taking a mineral salt bath at least once a week. Is this enough? ACK!

I don't do it all. Heck right now I'm struggling to do any of it There are seasons in which I feel good and do quite a bit, and then there are seasons when I feel like what's the point?

LOL Yes I know. I'm quite the latter at the moment, but when I'm the former I feel so much better physically, emotionally and mentally. I've really let everything go since DH had surgery mainly because it had been so stressful for so long that I have the I deserve to eat whatever I want and do nothing mentality. But that is making me feel like crap.

Baby steps! Right now, just focus on your workouts and plenty of water. As you get that routine down, you can add one thing at a time. (I'd add brushing next! )

Hey, right now I'm struggling to get consistent workouts in since my mom's death a month ago!

Just do what you can for now and the rest will come--this is just a little detour on the journey! When you look back at the big picture later, it won't be as big as it seems now--TRUST ME!

    HUGS!

Hey, you're starting in the right place--the MORE workout is where I always start back after a break. Like Trisch said, baby steps. You're coming down after a stressful season and there is plenty of time to work your way back. I know I certainly don't "do it all" permanently. I might do more for a season, but then life happens. That's okay! Really! Keep in touch with us here and we'll cheer you on, every baby step of the way!

Everyone has a different lifestyle, those people who do 'loads of stuff' may not have the commitments you do. Just remember to do what YOU can!!
Once you have managed to fit your WOs in comfortably then try and add something else, to push you just a little bit more!!

I find it really easy during the week to eat healthily, WO everyday AND eat green smoothies as the kids are at school and we are in a routine, but then the weekend comes and I have a million and one jobs to do, so sometimes I can't even fit a quick OIP in!!

I'm really dreading the summer holidays when my whole routine is turned upside down. The children here get 3 MONTHS off for their summer break and that starts on the 15th!!! I'm not looking forward to working out in the heat either

I just keep telling myself 'You, can do it!!'

Again, excellent encouragement Tara! (I don't like working out when it's hot either - I wonder if it helps though?) I hope you're successful with your inch loss before the wedding. Going along with Michelle's reply, maybe just a lot deep breathing with complete exhales? Sorry I can't be more helpful than that.
