They opened up ordering for the CardioStrides over the weekend...I ordered mine on Monday and they were here today!!! (I live in Ohio) They are soooo comfortable and YES you can tell a difference in heart rate when walking. Real anxious to see how they team up with t-tapp. I can tell you I won't wear them while tapping for sometime since I am REAL new at this and still learning correct form and developing balance.
