    Hi Tequila Rose.
I'm sorry you haven't received a response yet.

Did you know that you get Free Support with every DVD you purchase from T-Tapp?
You can call the office get answers to your questions from the T-Tapp staff and there
is usually at least one certified trainer there, too.

Never heard that you shouldn't, it's not on the *issues* list, but calling or emailing is a great idea,

    if you are concerned.

Do not be confused, I am NOT a trainer just someone who has been around for over 11 years and talks too much!

Hopefully one of the many Certified T-Tapp Trainers will be along shortly, with the most accurate information.

Well, Jog Rocks is the ONLY T-Tapp movement with some impact because you actually jog in place and then rock from foot to foot.

We recommend skipping this move when pregnant.

    Thanks!

I never could do it while preggo because of all the pressure on the bladder. Didn't feel right so I stayed away.

Hi there! I do jog rocks, but I don't lift my feet off the ground...I just gently bounce and I'm in my 34th week...
