Default anything to help sagging chin/neck?

I'm new to consistent t-tapp and now that I'm having some success with the rest of my body (my kids insisted that I was looking thinner, and my pants seemed sort of loose, but I was afraid to actually measure) I am wondering about my chin/neck area. It's just a little saggy and not firm right under my chin, and my neck just looks thick. Do any t-tapp moves specifically address this, or will it eventually respond if I stay consistent?

The "reach with the chin" part of PBS really helps!

Over on Off Topic there has been discussion on the Knuckle Massge no Lipo thread--Carole Maggio has a Facercise book/dvd, too. Here's the link:

I know Pamelaw was doing the facercise--maybe she could give you some tips!

    HUGS!

I like Jack Lalanne's simple face exercises, I found his videos on youtube.

I really focus on reaching the chin during PBS, like Trisch mentioned. I've also been doing face brushing making sure that I do my neck/chin. I am trying to be better about getting lotion on my neck and face too. My dh told me that I look a LOT younger than my younger sister who is 5 years younger than me. I can see some of that "middle age" sagging jowls lifting.

I'll probably look into the facercise at some point, too.

How about adding in some skin brushing. I had a client in the 30 Jan Jumpstart contest who did BWO+ a few times per week and skin brushed her "double chin" as she called it. 30 days later, GONE! She used the T-Tapp brush very gently but then I found little face brushes which she switched over too. Make sure it is a natural bristle brush.

Wow, when I did Tempo Arms and Hit the Floor this morning, I did indeed focus on really stretching my chin and oh my, I am feeling it now! I will also try brushing again--I had given up on that a couple of years ago when I didn't see results as quickly as I wanted to. : (
