    Default Jiggly Inner Thighs

Can anyone tell me what T-Tapp dvd or moves I should be doing to address my very jiggly inner thighs and cellulite on my quads? What's with that? I've never had trouble with that before. I'm not a duck walker, either.

Anyway, I have been hiking and doing BWO+ off and on; but I think I need a good T-Tapp kick in the behind and try new things.

My knees are bad (cartilage from so many years of running), so I'm not sure I should get TWO.

    Thanks in Advance!!!

I would suggest the MORE workout, dry skin brushing, feeding your body right, hydrate well, get plenty of rest and be consistent in all of the above. You can improve this

Very interesting post! I have jiggly inner thighs. And guess what? My left pocket is worse than my right. I sometimes wonder if it is because my upper body is off center; for a good year or more I would lean on my left hand and elbow while studying. Over the past year I've noticed I don't activate the lat and oblique muscles on the right side of my torso -- and the fat pocket on my left inner this is much larger. I've been working on re-balancing the use of my upper torso. Hopefully that will eventually help the fat pocket.

However, I've always had terrible inner thighs. I lost over 100 lbs before beginning T-Tapp. My guess is a lot of it is do to loose skin, not just fat and falb. I've tried brushing but it hasn't done much. I'm going to try knuckle massage. Look at it here. Read the entire thread, as one of the posters posted the directions so you can try it without purchasing the DVD right away. Posters trying this are having success. You may want to consider trying it in conjunction with T-Tapp.

Hope this helps! Please report back and let us know how you're doing!

No one mentioned SATI. I think it is absolutely the best routine for trimming thighs. It works wonders on the outer thighs almost immediately and helps the inner thighs as well. Really focus on shifting your weight during the side-to-side moves (leading with the knee rather than the foot) and you'll feel it more on the inside.

Thanks all for the info. I do believe that I am going to try that knuckling. I'm a massage therapist, so my hands won't get tired! I have SATI, so I can put that on....only thing is that I love walking outside rather in place. We shall see.

I'm going to search for that knuckling stuff on YouTube.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

Sherie, try "sinking" your weight into your heels in, especially on lunges and plies. That will help activate that inner thigh. And don't forget to poke it to help those mind-to-muscle connections "wake up"!

    HTH!

Okay, I'll be poking my inner thighs. I really want to shape these legs up. When I was younger, I had no such trouble; and this is distressing. I think I will go for a hike tomorrow and do MORE (poking myself as I go.)
