I have had this workout for awhile, but have only begun to use it a little. Is it ok to use this as the "usual" workout? I have seen recommendations to do it 1-2 times a week, but am wondering if it is ok to do it more than that? I feel like it does a better job of targetting trouble areas for me than some of the other workouts.

That is entirely up to you. HTF is an awesome workout that really strengthens the core muscles which in turn will help you with the standing T-Tapp workouts.

What other workouts have you been doing? and for how long?

I have BWO+, TWO, and SATI. Most of my workouts have been BWO+, but recently I was doing SATI. I have been working out this time around since December. I have had BWO and TWO for a couple of years though. I only just tried TWO since the beginning of the year, and have done it a couple of times.

Oh I was going by this...

When I first started T-Tapp, I had a love hate thing with HTF, it kicked my butt (which is why I hated it) but was good for the core. I think now doing it twice a week would be awesome. and ifc you do it after BWO then it would be considered a full workout.

Sorry, I realized my mistake when you asked me how many times I did the instructional. I will be doing HTF twice a week with BWO+.

    Hi

    A quick question!

I've just finished another boot camp and am now on EOD Total workout.
I have also just purchased HTF workout.

So my question is - can I do my total workout EOD and on my days off do the HTF? Or will that be overworking my muscles? Should HTF substitute my total workout instead?

    Thanks!

I'm not a trainer, but I think that would be a close call. To do it every "off" day would be too much, if you are doing TWO EOD. You could sub for one of your TWOs doing the BWO+ portion then HTF or just HTF (which is enough by itself for me!!! LOL!).

Maybe at first just substitute it for one TWO. Or if you were only doing it once a week on an off day....but usually the trainers have advised only doing 20 minutes or less of T-tapp on your off days, when you are doing full workouts EOD (which TWO is).

I hope that didn't muddy the waters further! Hopefully a trainer will pop in and clarify if I'm off!
