    Default Don't forget!

put your clocks ahead 1 hour before you go to bed tonight! Yay more morning sun! Teresa reminded us in her newsletter to NOT stay up and just go to bed to help your body reset your internal clock. She also recommended melatonin spray if you have trouble getting to sleep this week.
    Summer! here we come!!

I think you meant less morning sun.

I'm an early riser (5:30-ish), and am bummed. It was just starting to get light in the morning, and now it will be dark again when I get up. Hate that. I like the light, especially in the morning.

It used to be that we didn't switch to daylight savings until sometime in April. The crazy thing is that studies have shown that it doesn't really "save" anything anymore; it just shifts our use of lights, heat (or A/C, where applicable), etc. to morning. Given how much it messes up our biorhythms, we really ought to simply pick a time and stick with it.

Ben Franklin had a lot of good ideas that worked before so much electronic stuff. Oh well. It'll be light enough soon enough, Margie. Don't loose heart.

Thanks for the reminder to Spring Forward (before Spring is here!)

No.. I meant more LIGHT during the day 'till late at night yeah! for the morning Yes I agree that.. at that time hummm sorrrrry but hey, it's so beautiful oustide, warm, not shavel or snow balls to do? !. good side is, you'll get your sun early birdy soon enough (time flies, time flies!)

So I choose Vancouver time. (3 hours less then here, beautiful weather, nature everywhere, close to the coast. Yep. I choose that time )

OR Italy (Tuscane) OR Portugal OR Paris.
    You choose !

We have to adapt... In here, Quebec, we changed 2 years ago the dates of changing time to be in the same time then you in USA . Don't we just love you? !

I am a daylight savings time person. I crave more daylight in the evenings. I love to go out back after work and have time to putz in the backyard flowerbeds and garden. I so look forward to spring and summer. I'm ready.
