My butt is too small, flat
I am an apple shape, big on top, small on bottom. At my fattest, my butt stuck out a bit, but now that I am getting results, the butt has shrunk too much, I think. I thought I was a short torso/long leg, but on measuring myself, I am apparently closer to a combination type body. My legs are long, but so are my arms. My arms have gotten thinner, which I am glad about, and my bra size has gone down, which I am very happy about. But will any t-tapp exercises build up the buttocks area, or will it just balance out once my waist gets smaller? I want an hour glass shape. I know that there are only limited things we can do with our body types, but I want to maximize my results as much as possible, working with what I have.

Be consistent in what you do. Plies are awesome for the fanny as is DD. Things will level out as you progress. From your description sounds like you are a short torso, perhaps a combo with short torso tendancies.

On my weight loss journey, first my rear got smaller and flatter, then it eventually built back up to a cuter shape. Like Michelle said, stay consistent!

Thanks. I'm hoping that as the waist cinches in, the butt will stick out a bit, since there is a lot of muscle there. Yes, the plies will certainly help with that!
