    Default Matthews Method

Does anybody have information about the Matthews Method for ab work? Someone mentioned it in another thread, but the web site is no longer up, and I'm curious about the specific exercises.

I just did a google search, and no new sites seem to have it. The old one shut down.

I had printed off a bunch when I first started T-Tapp. I know some have benefitted from them, but I actually like OIP, Sherry's tips (search T-Tapp for anything with abs and by Sherry! LOL!) and Lani's 7 Seconds to a Flat Belly all better. But that's just me!

Maybe someone else can find if they're up somewhere else? The name was Merriam Matthews. So far every link links to the old one that doesn't work.

I looked and looked the only thing I saw that even talked about the actual exercises was this http://74.125.47.132/search?q=cache:...&ct=clnk&gl=us

here is the excerpt and although I have no idea what these exercises are they sound an awful lot like some of Teresa's

These are not the easiest way to work abs, but they do provide an excellent workout and they deliver results when done correctly. Some of the common Mathew's Method exercises include: The Oblique Bug, The Oblique Squeeze, The Superman Sling (this is a great exercise for the lower back), The Frog, and The Twisted Frog.

I tried to find Matthews Method exercises on Internet yesterday, with no luck either. However, the good news is that some time ago, I printed them off and have a copy at home. If you would like me to pdf them and send them to you, just let me know where you would like them sent. I can probably get to it by the end of this week.

    Default found it

Good news for anyone who is interested in the exercises.
While it is true that the page with the exercises (or better compuserve which hosted them) is down now, it can still be found, if you know where to look.
I found them through the wayback machine.
    Here is a direct link:

    I hope this helps.
