Thread: Lost 2.5" in a week!

  1. #1

Default Lost 2.5" in a week!

The numbers are in! I did instructional #1 or BWO+ every day, plus hoe downs for most of the days, and a few of the other moves from TappCore as my children wanted to do them.

    Bust: Same
    Waist: lost .25
    Abdomen: Lost .50
    Hips: Lost 2.25
    RU Thigh: Lost .50
    LU Thigh: Gained .25
    RL Thigh: Same
    LL Thigh: Gained .25
    R Calf: Lost .25
    L Calf: Same
    R Arm: Gained .25
    L Arm: Gained .25

What is SO neat about this is that my left leg measured .5- to .25 smaller than my right, but both left legs gained this week, but the right decreased! Now both legs have the same measurement! That was pretty cool. The arms gained .25 each, but they are still .25 off in size, the right being .25 bigger than the left. I lost the most where I wanted to, as well!

I can't wait to measure next week - I'm hoping for more losses! I know that others have posted bigger numbers for inch loss in 1 week, but I'm not very tall, I am at an ideal weight for my size, but I do have stuff to lose on the thighs and abs/waist. So I'm really excited! I didn't alter my diet too much, other than not overindulging on things that I normally would (with the exception of Vikings Sunday where I ate too much, lol).

I am so happy for you! I am also a newbie and like you I am at the correct weight but do need help with saddle bags and a little on my stomach. I have been doing ttap for two weeks and have not seen hardly any inch loss. However I am determined not to give up and will keep it up for at least another month. Three years ago I did lose on thighs by working out on a treadmill and doing the low glycemic diet. Then I got lazy and quit exercising and didn't watch what I ate and I increased a size in clothing. I really don't want to have to go back to the treadmill as it is so boring and I love ttap but I would like to see some results. I am always so happy to hear that others are truly reaping the benefits of ttapp. Kudos to all of you!
