Default Previous Challenge winners: How's it going?

With the January Jump Start Contest coming up, I've been reading the wonderful essays from previous Challenge winners and I was curious as to how everyone is doing 1 year later, 2 years later, etc. I am so inspired by your stories and I hope you all have had much continued success. So, how's it going?

6 months later I have maintained mostly my inch loss, ( which was an all time low for me)!

Six months later, I am still T-Tapping.

I've eased back quite a bit so no new inch loss.

My oldest daughter left for college and then the holidays hit.

I fully expect things to change as I kick it up now that the new year is here.

I still tell everyone I meet about T-Tapp!

My back continues to get better.

I NEED to T-Tapp. That is all there is to it!

I am right there with Elizabeth. I love TTAPP. I recommend it to everyone. I was the co-grand prize winner with Elizabeth. You will have good weeks and bad weeks. I think the key is to not let the bad weeks stop you.

I am gearing up for the January Challenge, Lani's Booty Camp and a great 2010. I am going to give it my all. I truly want to be with Teresa in a smaller setting.

I just posted that another plus is that our bodies heal from the inside out. I just got a call from my doctor. My dexa scan shows that I no longer have osteopenia. I went from a -1.9 to a 0.0. The only thing I changed was alfalfa and TTAPP. I am sorry. It just occurred to me that I also cut our Diet Coke, which robs your body of nutrients.

TTAPP is the greatest. I look forward to interacting with you all during the challenge.

I was winner in the 2009 Average to Lose with Health Improvements. Thanks to Teresa having us continue to post our progress on the 15th of each month (what a terrific incentive) and all the wonderful form tips and mini challenges on the forums, I have lost another 14 inches since last July. I had a tiny setback over the holidays, but am back on track.

I feel better than I have in 15 years. And the compliments I receive is so encouraging! I've even finally gotten some of my friends interested so I don't always have to do it by myself.
