    Loving the smilies, Rhonda!!!

You guys make me feel so good!

I got quite the rush yesterday looking through a clearance rack in a store that does NOT carry plus sizes. I was contemplating some size 16s as I knew the 14s would probably be too tight. Although...I DID look at some too. I just didn't like the price and so I didn't try them on!

Your testimonial was fantastic. Would you mind sharing your recent progress.

Well----it's been a "journey" since!!! Right after I wrote that testimonial...I crashed. The kids had had the H1N1 virus and I caught the tail end of it. The whole of 2010 I T-Tapped---off and on. 2 or 3 weeks on and up to a month off. I gained back 2 of the 3 sizes I had lost. 2011 was better. I lost 1 1/2 of the 2 sizes I had gained...but then I crashed somewhat again and gained back a size. My adrenals are "challenged" and so this year I have VERY careful to take it slow. Less IS More!!! Trisch has been a huge help in all of this. I am holding steady now at a size 16w (depending on the clothing). 1x shirts are yards too big, x-large are almost too tight...but sometimes they are even a little too big. I''m rebuilding stamina, rehabbing a sore knee, standing taller---all with T-Tapp!

    Thanks for asking!

The energy and calm mind are worth more than any size loss could give us!! Taking it slow and less is more are SO worth it when you start to feel better......sometimes hard when you are in the midst of it. Keep it up!
