New Size!!!
I just had to share!!!!!
DD and I were out and about and I told her I wanted to run into the Dress Barn and try on a size 14W just to see if my size has "officially" gone down!
So we did....and I did....
and.....
The Size 14W pants that I tried on....FIT!!!!!!! I realized just how loose my 16Ws truly are!!!!!
When I told dh, he asked if I bought anything. I told him "Of COURSE not!!!! They weren't on sale!!!!!!" He laughed!! He knows me so well!
I had lost 15 pounds and 1 size before coming to T-Tapp. Since then I gained 6 pounds but kept losing inches. I am actually starting to lose a little weight below that original 15 pound loss!!!!
Thank you for always being so supportive, so helpful and encouraging!! I LOVE T-Tapp!! Years of 'trying' to change my eating, 'trying' to exercise--walk---exercise tapes---machines. Nothing does was T-Tapp is doing. Nothing gives the incentive to keep going. I just have to thank God!

I called my oldest dd (she just got married this June and she and her husband are away for the next 5 months...missing her so much!) and told her the good news! I also told her that I am committed to being a size 12 by the time they get back!! I haven't been a size 12 since not long after I was married!
Hmmm I should go to my local thrift shop that has a dressing room and see if I can find any pants to hold me over! I have plenty of tops that have been packed away but no pants below a 16W. Or else find a really good sale somewhere!
