    Default Steam cleaning gadgets

Has anybody tried any of those steam cleaning gadgets?
(It seems like a pretty smart & green idea.)
    What was your experience?
    Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to one in particular? I have one, but honestly... nothing like a little elbow grease, KWIM? I am sure money could be better suited elsewhere... just MHO

I bought a steam cleaning gadget a couple/few years ago when all the Tappers

    were talking about them....

Elbow grease is a whole lot quicker and easier, IMO........ And now I have to store

    this thing.........

    Default What Type?

Are you ladies referring to the SHARK Steamer? I just saw a commercial about the vacuum yesterday and they would throw in the steamer, looked really good - any comments?

    Thanks!

I have the big Shark (had to look it up!). Like a pull behind canister vac. I *think* Kate

has the Shark, mop style, that she loves. I don't watch commercials, so I'm not sure what you saw......

    Thank you everyone.
Where do you buy elbow grease? (LOL--Just kidding!)
I saw a clip from a Shark informercial. It was an upright.
I also a clip of a hand held one.

Here is a link to it on Amazon:
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Cleaning-FS-20-Sanitizer-HS-20-Lightweight/dp/B0027AK4WA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1259641625&sr=8-2"]Amazon.com: Haan Deluxe Total Home Steam Cleaning System, Includes FS-20+ Upright Vapor Steam Floor Sanitizer, & HS-20 Lightweight Handheld Personal Steamer: Health & Personal Care[/ame]

I love how easy it is to use, it only takes one cup of water and I usually only have to refill one time to do my very large living room, medium kitchen and dining room and two bathrooms. The floors feel so clean after wards too.

I was just thinking (AGAIN) how I might like a small steam cleaner to do those "little" jobs on the rugs. I have a spot on my living room carpet that is quite large (right in front of the Christmas tree). I think a spot steam cleaner would do a better job. There are so many little spots on a carpet in another room that I think it would be easier to just use a small steam cleaner. Michelle is right, though. Get to the job right away and it's done!! (Guess I didn't do that!)
