    Same here.. I was so hopeful, but after doing the basic workout almost everyday for almost 3 weeks, my measurements have went up.

    Hmm...you should be taking at least one day off per week. Also, are there any hormonal or health issues going on? Usually when measurements go up it is either a form issue (and we can walk you through that on the forum in conjunction with your dvds) or inflammation. Working out daily with no breaks will cause swelling in the muscles. That's why after a bootcamp we advise waiting a few days to measure.

    A good workout plan with BWO+ would be:

    M-BWO+
    T- BWO+
    W- Primary Back Stretch, T-Tapp Twist stretch and 1 Hoedown
    Th- BWO+
    F- like W
    S- BWO+
    S- Primary Back Stretch only

    Try that for a few weeks or even doing every other day with BWO+ and doing like Tuesday for off days, one day completely off. See if that might cause some reduction in the swelling!

    Also look around here on the forums--there is a TON of info and tips here and friends willing to encourage and help!
