    Hi
I have been an on again off again Tapper for more than 10 years. I truly believe that what kept me from having success was 2 things, the main one was working out too much. Everything Teresa says is true and this is truest of all. I started back this time w/ just BWO+ EOD. I do cardio on the in between days for 30 min. I used to do 2x or 3x more than this cardio and ttapp wise. This time I am losing like crazy. Now I am back a full WO EOD but lots of times I skip more than one day of exercise totally (got quilt but sometimes it happens). I am not dieting at all and I am not young.(60) Have gone from a size 12 jeans to a loosely comfy size 4.

Less is more + Form is all = Do the right amount so you can have best form and get great results!

wish I'd listened sooner Keep up your good work. Your good results are coming!

Kacey--I'm with Jennifer! Your words are truly inspirational. I've been tapping and tapping with no visible results for 5 months. I'm still tapping but so discouraged...Glad for your success. Keep up the good work!

When I first started, I thought you HAD to do the bootcamp that was indicated for how many sizes you have to lose, and it seemed too overwhelming for me. I could not do any bootcamps. I just switched around with different T-tapp WO's, and since many of them have similar core moves, I achieved the neurokinetic flow that my body needed, and I started to lose enough for it to be moderately noticeable, but nothing spectacular. Then I realized that even with an occasional day off here and there, I was in constant bootcamp mode anyway, and my body was swelling and lumpy looking. A few days ago, I decided to do EOD for T-tapp and try to either rest or do a gentle cardio routine on my off days. My body feels a bit better now, and I don't feel so exhausted any more. It helps that I have been doing mostly the MORE WO's, which I originally thought were only for much older people. Well, I DO have a lot to lose still, but even the MORE is challenging me enough to
feel like it really works the muscles. In fact, I heard that even tappers who have lost alot of inches and have done the advanced workouts still FEEL the muscle activation when doing the MORE workouts. But, with EOD, I already feel the swelling going down. But, you do not have to do the bootcamp that corresponds with how many sizes you need to lose; those are just general guidelines. In fact, anyone who can do a 14 day bootcamp is a superwoman (or superman) in my opinion, lol. Not me; I'm a wimp, lol. But, consistency is going to the key to success in the long run. So don't be too hard on yourself.

It has been a while since you last posted this comment. Any progress since then?
