    Thumbs up Big Toe Pain

I just have to share this!!! My big toe on my left foot has always given me trouble. Every so often I would have to "pull" it to crack it. For the last couple of years (if not a little longer), it has gotten worse and worse. It was to the point that the top of my foot was in constant pain, I would have to "crack" that toe several times a day. Walking was painful..really painful! The toe itself looked like it wanted to be "slanted" toward the rest of the toes rather than being straight and I was not about to let THAT happen!

I also had pain and swelling on the outside ankle on that foot that T-Tapp has totally removed!

But the big toe---I just figured that it would always be an issue. The last 2 or 3 days I started thinking that maybe I wasn't having such pain in that toe/foot. This morning I can say with confidence that that part of my foot is free from pain!!!

I think T-Tapp is so rehabilitative! And I think that some of the rehab benefits are slower to come than with others---but it comes, as long as we remain consistent. We have to actually "do it"!

Toe pain is any uncomfortable sensation in the toes. It is one of the areas of the foot which frequently gets injured and can become highly painful due to a number of medical conditions.it is of particular importance to the anatomy of your foot as it helps to maintain balance and bears the brunt of the force generated by walking.

I think without showing signs of disease. Some STIs can also be transmitted via the use of IV drug needles after its use by an infected person, as well as through childbirth or breastfeeding. Sexually transmitted infections have been well known for hundreds of years.
