Default Exchange from Sigg to new bottles

I just saw this article about Sigg metal water bottles. Their old liner may be leaching the BPA chemical. They are offering an exchange with a new liner until Oct. 31, 2009.

    Here is the story:

Thanks so much for sharing this. I've think I've read enough to decide that I will no longer use Sigg bottles - more from their non-disclosing than the safety of the new lining.

That being said who has recommendations for a stainless steel bottle.

When I think of the tons of water I have drunk out of this bottle - it's scarey, and does make me more than a little angry.

Again, thanks soooooo much for sharing this.

You're welcome. I just remembered so many on these boards were getting the Sigg water bottles.

Thanks Renee. I'll be returning mine. Oh JOY! Well, I still think they are the BEST darn looking water bottles out there.
