I can't believe I lost 14.75 inches in two weeks and 2pounds. I feel really good. I have a long way to go, but I can see a difference. The problem is I gained 1.25 inches in each lower thigh, and I am a little confused about how to move the knees out. I always feel like I'm doing it wrong. Help me please. I'm new to this, but I want to keep it up.
