I've added back some alfalfa 4-5x/week, along with Modifilan, a wonderful seaweed (Poseidon harvest) that magnetizes toxins out of the body. Together I've noticed more energy as the thyroid has begun to recharge... hypothyroid runs in my family & shows up as high cholesterol despite smaller body types & no obesity. I think brushing (CRT) is helping here as well. Some of the amino acids that assist in brain/hormone chemistry have also been useful for me, such as L-tyrosine, L-glutamine & the anti-oxident Glutathione, & an interesting combo for Growth Hormone Release all of which I purchased at Swanson vitamins. As I've gotten older, the maintenance requirements need tweaking & consistent-for-me is mostly on an e-o-d (supplements every other day), or, like workouts, one day herbals, one day greens, one day homeopathics, alternate am/pm aminos, then repeat; the constants are EFA's, C, B's & minerals & cellfood in water as I work outdoors a lot & the heat is draining.
