    how do I change my password. Also how do I know when you have recieved the coupon from the 15 minute workout that I sent in?

    To change your password, click on User CP at the top of the screen (right under the T-Tapp logo), then on Edit your Details under Your Profile in the left sidebar.

    I don't remember if I got notification about the coupon. You can always call the store and ask, though.
