Thread: Body Brushing

    Default Body Brushing

I know there are a lot of threads about this subject, but I don't have time to look at all of them to get the answer that I need. Does body brushing help with loose skin and how long before I will see results? I don't have a lot of sagging skin, just on the under upper arms and the inside of my thighs. Thank you all for your answers.

Yes, brushing helps with loose skin. It exercises, exfoliates, improves circulation and naturally detoxes the body. The time frame and amount of results depend on your skin condition and how long it's been loose. Usually people see good improvement within 2 months of consistently brushing daily (takes less than 5 minutes to complete, and feels great).

Yes it does! How long? I'm not sure, it varies by location and person. I know I see results on my arms pretty quick... 1-2 weeks. Legs, well, I can see they are better but I still have a ways to go :*).

So does skin brushing help to thicken the skin on your hands and legs?

    Question QUESTIONS

I have a couple of questions about Skin Brushing.

Do you have to be standing to do it?

Do you have to do the entire body every time or can you focus on a few spots while sitting, as long as you finish with the upward strokes after doing the circle?

    Thanks!
