Thanks for the welcome and I am glad you started a MORE thread. This is going to be good

I think when you change from the Instructional and move over to More my home, it is not a full workout because it is 28 minutes long, so I need to add another workout to it to make it a full workout. So I think that is why I need to add in BWO+ at that point. Not that I am ambitious, I hate to sweat.

Even with the fans on I sweat with the Instructional. The past couple of days when I do the T-tapp twist I sweat buckets!

Thanks for the tip on the towel, glad to know it is not just ME!

Your welcome, Dawn. I wish I had the newer More version. I have the original one and it doesn't have the From My Home to Yours chapter on it. It costs too much for my budget to upgrade to the newer one, so that will have to wait. I preferred to spend the same money on the Skin Brushing Combo and the clearance priced BWO.

The sweating is good for us. Just imagine all those toxins coming out. And another thing to be thankful for about sweating is to just think, the only ways our body can get rid of fat is to poop, peep or sweat it out!

Well, I have to clean up the kitchen and get ready for bed.
    Nightie night!

Oh, cool, a More thread! I haven't done More yet this week, but I plan to. In fact, I want to do the instructional this weekend. It's a bit long for me during the week.

I had a whole lot of trouble with hoe downs when I started. I'd get all mixed up with my arm and leg movements, and start to fall over and lose my place with Teresa. But just keep plugging away. I can do them just fine all by themselves, and not quite as fine at the end of a workout when I'm tired. Haven't fallen flat on my face yet!

I just can't figure out the towel thing on PBS. That would be the first thing I'd ask about if I met up with a trainer face to face. What I've been doing is the PBS from BWO+ and then pick up with More starting with plies. I have the workouts on my computer so I don't have to swap disks.

I'm going to the gym tonight, but I'll be doing More tomorrow.

You can do MORE plus the three shorter workouts (Chair, Broom and Step) to make a full workout. On Step, I just start walking as soon as Teresa starts talking to get a good 9 minute walking workout in!

Did MORE from My Home again this morning with my friend. I had done the Arms to Lawn Mowers portion of TWO first, so BOY! That took it up a notch!

Blessed Mama, should I still rest every other day and do the additional workouts on the same day with More?

For right now, the More with instructions is challenging enough for me on the same day.

OK, I found this older post by Teresa about what to do on off days. Here is the part in her post about off days.

I note that she says "or" when she lists the workouts. So, today I think I will do the T-Tapp Broom since my arms
really need toning. No more bat wings!

As for people who don't have the More WO, I would suggest calling the office to ask what they suggest on the Off Days
    in order to not over-workout.

On off days you should always start the day with the modified Primary Back Stretch followed by the T-Tapp Twist stretch.

Then for those who have the energy and the desire to lose more, you can add any workout of choice on off days (ie: T-Tapp Broom, Step Away or T-Tapp Chair...all of which are included in the T-Tapp More tapes/dvds)

That's right, Piglet, you can do any of the shorter workouts on your day off. Technically, you could do just MORE, too, on the other days, but sometimes that's too much--you'll have to listen to your body.

    And those Instructionals are tough!

Love your username, btw! When my 5 oldest dds were younger, we called them Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger and Roo! Their personalities fit, too!

It's always nice to get advice and encouragement from someone who has proved T-Tapping works! Thanks, Blessed Mama!

Hi Piglet2u and EVERYONE ELSE TOO!

I just finished day 4 of the More Instructinal bootcamp. I got the towel down!
I got a thinner towel and put my hands out further like someone suggested and it WORKED!

Can you believe it took me until the 4th time?

Well my legs are really feeling it still. I think I am going to stick with the More Instructional and go EOD for awhile just to make SURE I have the form down until it is automatic.

I will take tomorrow off (if I am doing this right) and then Friday I will measure before I workout to see if anything has changed. I need to loose, not gain.

I am the one awhile back that posted how I gained 8" doing a TWO 14 day bootcamp. Then I found I added a loss, of 3" in instead of subtracted. I think I was just so discusted I didn't want to keep going with the measuring !

    YES WE CAN!

I've been adding the little Broom section after doing More when I feel up to it, and I really think it has helped a lot in getting me acquainted with my lats.

I'm getting more flexible, too. I don't have to always duck my head when I lower the broom behind it.
