When to TTapp
Is it best to eat breakfast before or after doing the TTapp total workout?

Whatever works for you! I don't eat before working out, some feel they *have* to, then *have* to wait for digestion, then others just have a bite or two then work out. It's really up to you and what feels right with *your* body.

Do not be confused, I am NOT a trainer just someone who has been around for over 12 years and talks too much!

Maybe try it both ways and see how you feel. If I t-tapp in the am, prefer to eat after because feel like I am burning more fat. Then I refuel with good food. But like Lori said, its really individual.

I like to TTapp in the evening, before I go to bed. I am menopausal and it just seems to settle me down. I can sleep the whole night through. I know this is not for everyone, but it sure did kick my insomnia.

I like to eat after doing T-Tapp...or any exercise actually. That's just a personal choice though, I feel better working out on an empty stomach.

i like to do the workout before i eat...

I have tried for years to workout in the morning during the work week, but it just doesn't happen. What works for me is to workout the minute I get home from work - usually around 5pm. Then I can settle down and have dinner. Although on Saturday and Sunday I do workout about an hour after I'm up and then have breakfast.

I guess the best time to exercise is when you'll do it.

It seems the time I can actually get it in is ...about now...a couple hours after breakfast and just before lunch. Although, I don't really feel like eating afterwards. Is that normal with t-tapp?
Reckon I ought to stop procrastinating and get in there!

Which workout do you do at night?

I used to work out, then eat breakfast. Then a zillion and one things would come up and I wasn't eating until almost lunch! Not good for the metabolism!
Since a neighbor friend comes over now at 8:30 three days a week to exercise with me, I've adjusted and eat about 45 minutes to an hour before T-tapping. I try not to overdo it, and it's worked fairly well. If I feel hungry afterwards, I might eat a whole grain muffin afterwards (and I should really add some nuts or other protein with it!)
That has worked, kept me from not eating until 11 a.m. and hasn't seemed to affect my endurance (if anything, better) or inch loss.
