Importance of Skin Toner and other factors to Prevent Breakdown of Skin

I have been receiving several happy testimonials concerning the Enfuselle C+E Repair P.M. along with many emails/phone calls regarding improvement of my skin as revealed in October issue of Women’s Fitness (ref: new photo on back pain article). First of all, I’ve always heard about the importance of using skin toner after washing the face for maintaining proper “pH balance” of the skin, but I didn’t realize iron in tap water breaks down the skin! Now I understand why the women in Paris never use anything, but Evian or distilled water to wash their face – they never use tap water! Quick tip about hands: As we age, our skin naturally thins and veins start to “pop out” on back of hands. This can really add “years” to their appearance! If you have this problem (most women do over age 27), just put your hands above your head for a few seconds before taking any photo (especially when taking a photo that has hands by the face!). This helps the blood in your hands flow back towards the heart - thus reverse gravitational pull. Daily brushing using my special CRT Skin Tightening sequence will help thicken the skin so less veins “pop”.

Using a masque is very important for maintaining healthy skin. The primary function of skin (our largest organ) is elimination. We need to exfoliate and we need to drink lots of water to help our skin perform and look its best. Using a masque not only exfoliates, but it also allows the skin to absorb nutrients. I have previously written about natural masques most commonly used in the modeling industry (i.e.: oatmeal, sour cream, honey, smashed strawberries, even powdered kitty litter!) so you can pull that information from the archive section.
