It does get better. I have to down it at room temperature. The salt disperses better that way but I'm sure some think cold tastes better.

Try plugging your nose. I really did do that and it helped. It is not a pleasant thing to do but don't we always endure pain to look and feel better?

Good luck. Don't know how you can do this over Easter. I've done it once for 16 days and I had the most energy ever. The only reason I quit was because I got bored. Would really like to do this again after all the house is cleared up. I could use some extra energy.

    Default Day 3

Ok so this is very hard!! I want to eat everything and anything! I'm wondering how I will make it through Easter... Boy I picked a bad time for a cleanse... Friends over Friday night... Sat dinner out and church... Sunday two different dinners to go to... Ugggh and right now I'm going between "I can do this" to holy crap.. I'm gonna go on a rampage and they will find me at Wendy's covered in baconators, fries and frostys! I hope the hunger and cravings go away don't know if I can make it.

Well, I did it just for 7 days and it was hard. But, I did lose close to 12 pounds and I felt SO much better! I have less sugar cravings and I got so much more energy.....I'm not gonna lie though, there were some days I would just start crying but that I believe was do to emotional baggage toxins that I was getting rid of.

I thought it was an awesome experience!

I did a 14-day Master Cleanse last spring. Personally I found the cleanse itself relatively easy but the few days after quite difficult. You have to be careful how you transition into eating again and that takes perhaps more patience than I have... But I know many people that loved it, found it healing and detoxifying.

I've been Tapping since 2009 and always have great results, but in 2012 I found a way to make it a part of my daily life! Have been Tapping regularly - with a very modest schedule but CONSISTENTLY! - since the spring 2012 Challenge and am loving it.

I haven't read through all of the posts in this thread, but just wondering if any of you have tried doing the Master Clean with cultured lemonade?

On day 8 of the Master Cleanse... last one I did was three years ago... I have had alot more "issues" this time... the one I'm dealing with today is my bunion has flared up on my right foot... it actually looks bruised and swollen... been rubbing Mag Oil on it but to no avail... can this be a detox issue from the Master Cleanse? Any suggestions out there?
