Crepey Skin!
Does anyone have any recommendations to help smooth out wrinkly/crepey skin on the upper chest area? I have been taking alfalfa, vitamin c and magnesium for 3 months and it helps a little. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you brushed?! When I first began brushing I noticed a difference in crepe-y cleavage within a WEEK and it has never returned.

oops! I forgot to add that I brush everyday and use aloe vera gel too. Brushing has helped!

Moisturize inside and out. Pure aloe vera can be drying, so be sure to put a moisturizer, body oil, something to seal in the moisture, on the area. Be sure you are hydrated - I find 88-96 ozs. of water per day optimal for my body. I have also found that taking an oil dietary supplement is helpful - Udo's oil, or coconut oil, or olive oil, and vitamin E. The skin needs good oils, and the fatty acids are necessary for hormone production and using Vitamin A - a good skin healer.

The retinol creams that are good for face and neck are also beneficial for the decolletage as well (the backs of your hands, too) Some of them also have light diffusing particles that help disguise this problem too.
I think one of the other important things is sunscreen! I have noticed the crepey skin on even very trim women who love the sun.

I can vouch for what Gemma says about the retinol creams. I have been using it on my face for 5 or 6 years and it has really, really helped. The skin on the back of my hands seemed to be getting thin and I was worried about that crepey look. I also was getting worried about my chest area. So, about 3 weeks ago I decided to use the retinol cream on my chest and back of my hands. (I only use it 3 or 4 times a week.) And, already there is a significant difference. Unbelievable! I need to start brushing on a regular basis and hope that helps also. Just FYI

What are the retinol creams? Are they perscription or can you buy them retail?

I use a derivative of retinol. It is by prescription.
Avita (tretinoin) cream 0.025%
I mix it half and half with lotion (it is not so strong on my skin and goes further that way) and apply it to my face, neck and back of hands.
Works well. Hope you get some benefit from it. Right after I started it,within a matter of weeks), people were asking me what I did to my skin. That it looked so much better.
Good luck!
