I am starting a job where I will be on my feel all day and using my hands (I have had previous problems with tendonitis in my arms) so I purchased the Finger and Foot Fitness dvd thinking it will help keep me going. I am wondering though how best to fit this into my routine. I currently go walking 3 days/week (4 miles/day) with a friend and do the B/R twice/week. Once the cold weather sets in I will be doing all my exercise indoors. How many times per week does one need to do the FFF exercises to improve fitness in the hands and feet? I know that there is a menu to pick and choose the exercises but how do I know which ones to pick and choose?
