lower back pain better!!!!

Well I did what everyone told me to do and yea my back pain is so much better. I did go to the chiropractor and he fixed me up and I started laying flat on the floor and doing some stretching there. And I did not stop doing t-tapp. I had to get the 14 days in a roll done. And yes I can... I did it. I am so very happy to say that my constant pain is gone and I do still have a little here and there but the bulk of it is gone. Praise the Lord!! And I have lost in 14 days 1/2 in both arms, 3/4 in in my waist, and so on the only place I did not lose is my calves. But yea thanks for all the support...
