Hello,
I am interested in learning more about the Finger/Foot fitness workout that I read in the newsletter. While I have already read the description, I am still trying to visualize what type of workout this is, and it seems interesting. Is there perhaps a sample exercise that I could see to decide if this workout is appropriate for me? Is it mainly for people who have conditions like arthritis?
